The Peace Project

An international vision of Peace featuring 150 artists from the U.S. and over 25 countries around the world will be exhibited and available for purchase at the event and online.

A stunning exhibition of Black & White Photography from world-renowned photojournalist Pep Bonet will be on display and for sale.

ALL net proceeds will go towards our efforts in Sierra Leone that include providing healthcare, education and other opportunities to create sustainable peace in Sierra Leone and beyond.

Opening in conjunction with the 5th Annual Culver City ArtWalk at Gallery 9 in Culver City, “Outside the Abstract” features the work of six Los Angeles abstract artists -- Mark Acetelli, Janet Brothne, Mark Brunner, Natalie Gray, Harry Gundersen, and Abram Santa Cruz.

FACES

French philosopher and writer, Voltaire once penned, “His face bespoke his soul.” March 13, 2010, Gallery 9, reveals the truth of this as they open FACES, an exhibit that captures the mystery and beauty of the human face. Exaltation, introspection, sorrow, delight, puzzlement, solitude…these are just a few of the emotions brought to life on the canvases of the five artists participating in this exhibit.
